Here we explain, why you sometimes don't see the content you're looking for.
How can I see the training sessions of my team
If you are the admin of your club or have been given the appropriate editing rights by the admin, then you can reach your team's training sessions in two ways.
In the menu, click on the calendar (green arrow in picture):
Here you will see an overview of all of the team's eventsOpen the menu item "Training Ground" and click on "Sessions"
(blue arrow in picture).
Here you will see all training periods and sessions of your teams. Additionally, you can use the search button in the tab bar to filter your results.
)
You still don't see the respective training sessions?
In this case, you either have selected the wrong season (see next question) or the admin of your club did not give you the appropriate editing rights for the training sessions or the respective team. Please contact the admin of your club and ask him/her about adjusting the editing rights. Here you can find a tutorial on how your admin can give you the appropriate rights:
Why don't I see my created training sessions?
If you don't see sessions, there can be two reasons:
1. Your season filter is not set to the current season.
To fix this problem, simply click on the season filter at the top of the menu bar and select the current season (see image below). If that doesn't fix the problem, see the next point.
)
2. You do not have the appropriate editing rights to see training sessions.
In this case, the admin of your club did not give you the appropriate rights for the training sessions or the respective team. Please contact the admin of your club and ask him/her about the editing rights. Here you can find a tutorial on how your admin can give you the appropriate rights:
Why do I see a lock icon for all menu items?
)
The lock icon is displayed if you do not have full access to the features. There can be two different reasons for this, depending on whether you are the admin of a club or have been invited by one.
The problem occurs as an admin:
If you as the admin of a Swiss Hockey Club do not have access to the features, your premium version has not yet been activated. Please get in touch with your contact person in the association or directly with us at support@planet.training
The problem occurs as an invited club member:
In this case, the admin of your club did not give you the appropriate rights to use the respective feature. Please contact the admin of your club and ask him/her about the editing rights. Here you can find a tutorial on how your admin can give you the appropriate rights:
I've created a new team, but it doesn't appear in the app
If you don't see a new team, there could be two reasons.
1. Your season filter is not set to the current season.
To fix this problem, simply click on the season filter at the top of the menu bar and select the current season (see image below). If that doesn't fix the problem, see the next point.
)
2. The team is not activated for your club.
To activate the team, open the menu item "Club House", then click on "Members" (see blue arrow in the picture below). In this view go to the 3-dot menu at the top right (see green arrow in the picture below) and click on "Managed teams" to see all active teams in your club.
)
I don't see any "club" exercises in the database
If you already have full access to all features within the Swiss Hockey application, it is probably because the released exercises were created in a different language. Since exercises are only ever created in one language, it is important that you have the right settings in order to see all Swiss Hockey exercises. To do this, you have to set all additional Swiss languages in the settings of your profile.
To do this, go to your profile picture, click on "Settings" and select the appropriate languages under "Additional languages". On the following page you will find a video tutorial under point 3.
Can members (e.g. parents) see training sessions & games in the calendar?
Yes, if these users have the "view" permission for "Events & Calendar", all events, including training sessions and game days, appear in the calendar. However, if these users then click on this event, they will not be able to see any further content related to the event. Access to "Training" and "Matchdays" is required for this.
)
Can I be active in multiple clubs at the same time?
Yes, it is not a problem if you are active in several clubs at the same time, all of which use planet.training. With the club button (see picture below) you can easily switch between the planet.training versions of the respective clubs.
Important: Permissions to use features and premium memberships are only valid for the respective club. This means that you can only use the features within the club that have been assigned to you by the admin. If you have full access to Club A does not guarantee you to have full access to Club B if the admin has not assigned you the right permissions.

Using the app as a team
Here we answer your questions about using the app within a club.
How do I invite members of my club to the app?
As the admin, you can add all members of your club. Here is a tutorial on how to do it:
How can I assign co-working permissions to my members?
As the admin of your club, you can assign editing rights for the various areas of the app to all club members . Here is a tutorial on how to do it:
With which user role can I automatically manage all areas in my club?
The administration of all areas is possible with the roles of "Club Director" and "Manager". As soon as a user is assigned this role, he / she can manage all areas and also add new members.
What user role do I need to add members to my club?
The administration of all areas is possible with the roles of "Club Director" and "Manager". As soon as a user is assigned this role, he / she can manage all areas and also add new members. With other roles, for example "coach", it is only possible to add players and teams, but not other club members.
Can I invited multiple players/members at once?
Yes, several players/ members can be invited all at once to the planet.training app.
1. Add multiple players
Players who have already been created via the team management, are visible in the menu item "Club Members" via "Club House". In order to invite several players, the check box in the user card can now be clicked (see blue arrow in the picture below). The check box can now be clicked for each of the players that are to be invited. Then click on "Invite user" in the tab bar and all players will be invited (see green arrow)
)
2. Create several new members
New members can easily be added to "Club Members" using the "New Member" button. Further members can then be added in the pop-up dialog (see blue arrow in the picture below). This makes it very easy to invite and add multiple members.
)
Does every user in the club automatically have a premium account?
Within the club account, every user has the rights that are assigned to him/her by the club's admin. These can vary from only viewing rights to access of all features (similar to those of a regular premium membership). Outside the club environment, for example when a member creates a new club in planet.training, the account is treated like a basic user. This means that a further premium membership must be purchased, in order for all to be accessible for this club as well.
Can I turn a member (Coach, Manager, etc.) into a player?
Yes, you can now add every member that you have created via the "club members" feature to a team as a players.
Go to "Club Members" via "Club House"
Inside the card of the respective member click on the button "Team membership as a player" (see picture below)
Now select the team from the list
The member now appears under "Teams & Players" as a player of that team
)
Can I change the default setting for the training session attendance check?
Via the team settings you can decide for each team whether the attendance status of all players is automatically set to "Present" or "Unexcused" for training sessions.
)
Open the menu item "Club House" and click on "Teams & Players".
Click on the "Edit" button of the respective team (see picture above)
Activate the checkbox below the team name
If you select this checkbox, all players will automatically be set to "Unexcused" for each training session.
Tip:Â This setting makes sense if you regularly use the "attendance check" feature for training sessions, where players or parents select the attendance status of the players by email or inside the web app. If you don't make use of this feature, it is better not to activate the checkbox so that the presence of the players is automatically set to "present" and you only have to select after the session which players were absent.
