Build exercises your coaching team can reuse
Create a clear exercise record once, then add it to workouts and programs whenever you need it.
What you will achieve:
Create an exercise with a useful name and category.
Add instructions and characteristics that help coaches apply it consistently.
Decide whether the exercise should be available only to your club or shared more broadly.
)
1. Open the exercise library
Go to Strength & Conditioning > Exercises. Use the library to find existing content before creating a duplicate.
)
2. Create the exercise
Select Create exercise and enter a short, recognizable title. Choose the available exercise type and characteristics that will make the exercise easier to find later.
)
3. Add coach-friendly guidance
Add concise instructions: setup, movement cues, and any safety or coaching points. If available, add media that helps a player understand the movement without needing additional explanation.
)
4. Check visibility before saving
Review the sharing or visibility setting before you save. Keep club-specific content private to the club unless you intentionally want to share it.
)
5. Save and confirm it is reusable
Save the exercise. It can now be selected when you build a workout or program.
Tip: Use consistent names such as “Split squat — bodyweight” or “Sprint mechanics — A-skip.” Clear names make the library faster to search and reduce duplicate content.
How this connects
Exercises are the building blocks for Workouts and Programs. They do not create player assignments or load data on their own; that happens after a workout or program is assigned and completed.
You are finished when:
Your exercise has a clear title and useful instructions.
It appears in the exercise library.
You can find it again by its name or characteristics.
