Turn your exercises into a workout coaches can assign
Create a reusable workout template, add exercises in order, and define the targets players should complete.
What you will achieve:
Create a reusable workout template.
Add exercises in the intended order.
Prescribe sets, repetitions, and load targets before assigning the workout.
)
1. Create a workout
Go to Strength & Conditioning > Workouts and select Create workout. Give the workout a name that communicates its purpose, such as “Lower-body strength — introductory.”
)
2. Add an exercise to the plan
Find an exercise in the library and select it. Then use Add here to place it in the workout plan. Selecting an exercise alone does not add it to the plan.
)
3. Define the work
For each exercise, set the required prescription, such as sets, repetitions, and load. Add notes when the target needs context—for example, tempo, rest, or a coaching focus.
)
4. Review order and clarity
Check that the exercises appear in a sensible sequence: preparation first, main work next, then any accessory or recovery work.
)
5. Save the reusable workout
Save the workout. You can now assign it directly to players or use it as part of a multi-week program.
Tip: Treat a workout as a reusable template. Player-specific changes belong in the assignment flow, where you can choose to keep one shared plan or create independent plans.
How this connects
Saved workouts can be added to Programs or assigned directly from the Strength & Conditioning area. An assignment gives players a workout to complete in My workouts.
You are finished when:
The workout contains at least one exercise.
Each exercise has an understandable prescription.
The saved workout appears in the workouts library.
