Complete workouts and record results
Turn an assigned plan into useful training data – Players and coaches use the same completion tools to record what was done, how difficult it felt, and how long the workout took.
What you will achieve:
Find an assigned workout as a coach or player.
Record completed exercise results manually or during a live workout.
Add duration and RPE so the workout can contribute to load information.
)
1. Open the assigned workout
Coaches open the assignment from Strength & Conditioning > Assigned workouts. Players open the same assigned item from My workouts, where future and past workouts are listed.
)
2. Choose the completion method
Use Log results to enter completed values directly. Use Start live workout when you want to work through the plan as the session happens. Both routes record the same workout outcome.
)
3. Record what was completed
Enter the completed sets, repetitions, and load for each exercise. Record the actual values when they differ from the plan; this preserves a useful training history.
)
4. Add useful notes in the right place
Use exercise-level comments for a specific movement. Use the workout note for a session-wide observation such as fatigue, equipment limitations, or a coaching decision.
)
5. Record duration and RPE
Enter the workout duration and the RPE value when the completion flow asks for them. RPE represents perceived effort; duration gives the context needed for load calculation.
)
6. Finish and verify status
Complete the workout and return to the assigned-workouts list. Confirm that the item shows the appropriate completed status.
Important: RPE is only meaningful for load when it is paired with the workout's duration. In the resulting calculation, sRPE = duration × RPE and is displayed in arbitrary units (AU).
How this connects
Completed Strength & Conditioning workouts appear in assignment history and can feed Player Monitoring > Load Management. Players can revisit their past workouts in My workouts; coaches can review completed work from the assignment view.
You are finished when:
Actual results are recorded for the assigned exercises.
The workout has a completion status.
RPE and duration are present when you want the workout included in load analysis.
