Plan multi-week development with programs
Scale a workout into a structured multi-week program – Use Programs when players need a planned sequence of Strength & Conditioning workouts rather than a single standalone assignment.
What you will achieve:
Build a program across weeks and days.
Add existing workouts or create a new workout as you plan.
Assign the program with a shared or customized approach.
)
1. Create a program
Go to Strength & Conditioning > Programs and select Create program. Give it a clear outcome-led name, such as “Pre-season strength foundation.”
)
2. Use the weekly planner
Use the program planner to add the weeks and training days you need. The initial planning view can show a default multi-week structure; add or remove weeks and days to match the real program rather than treating the default as a fixed prescription.
)
3. Add work to each training day & save program
Add a saved workout to the relevant day, or create a workout while building the program. Check each week contains the work you intend to deliver before continuing. Then click "save program" to keep your progress.
)
4. Assign program
After you have saved and created your program you are ready to assign it to your players. Head to the program library and click on "Assign" to open the dialog.
)
5. Choose how the schedule should work
When assigning, choose the appropriate scheduling approach. A program can schedule work according to the selected weekdays or be adapted to the individual player setup available in the assignment flow.
)
6. Assign and review the dates
Save the program assignment and confirm that the scheduled workout dates match the weeks and days you populated. Only planned program content creates scheduled workouts.
Tip: Build the first program with one or two fully populated weeks. It is easier to confirm the scheduling pattern before you scale it to a longer block.
How this connects
Programs create a sequence of assigned workouts. Those workouts appear to players in My workouts, can be completed through the same result flow, and can contribute RPE-based load data once completed.
You are finished when:
Your program contains the intended weeks, days, and workouts.
The assignment model reflects shared or individualized coaching intent.
Scheduled workout dates appear as expected after assignment.
