Create a team and build its roster
Teams connect players and staff to the sessions, gamedays, monitoring tools, and statistics they use throughout the season.
What you will achieve:
Create a team in the selected season
Add at least one player and one staff member
Understand player profiles and seasonal roster assignments
)
1. Create the team
Go to Team management.
Confirm the correct season at the top of the page.
Click New team.
Enter the team name and select a color.
Click Save.
The new team appears in the selected season. Open its card to access Overview, Players, and Staff.
)
2. Add players
Open the team and select Players.
Use the add action to create players quickly or enter a complete player profile.
Enter at least the required first and last name.
Add useful information such as birthday, position, jersey number, contact details, or profile image where available.
Save the player.
Use the quick-entry workflow when you need to create several basic profiles. Use the detailed form when complete profile information is already available.
)
3. Add staff
Open the team's Staff tab.
Click the add action.
Enter the staff member's name and select the required role.
Disable the invitation option if you want to prepare the profile without sending an email yet.
Save the staff member.
Roles such as Coach, Assistant coach, Physio, or Scout describe the person's responsibility. App access is configured separately through Member Management.
)
4. Open a player profile
Open a player from the roster. The profile becomes the long-term home for that player's general information, availability, performance, evaluations, testing values, questionnaires, wellness, load, and medical history where those features are used.
)
5. Use roster planning for larger changes
When several teams or players are involved, open Roster planning from Team Management. It helps you review available players, assign them to seasonal teams, and save several roster changes together.
Important: A player can belong to more than one team. Review the destination team carefully before saving roster changes.
How this connects
The team roster determines which players and staff are available in team sessions, gamedays, questionnaires, evaluations, filters, and team analytics. Player profiles collect the individual history generated by these workflows.
You are finished when:
The team appears in the selected season.
At least one player appears under Players.
At least one staff member appears under Staff.
You can open the player profile.
