Create your club and first season
Your club and season provide the structure for teams, players, sessions, gamedays, and statistics. Set them correctly before adding operational data so every record is created in the right context.
What you will achieve:
Confirm that you are working in the correct club
Add the essential club identity information
Select or create the season you want to manage
)
1. Sign in and confirm your club
Sign in at pro.planet.training. The active club is shown in the upper-left area of the app.
If you belong to more than one club, open the club selector and choose the club you want to manage. Data such as teams, members, templates, and events belongs to the selected club, so check this before creating anything new.
)
2. Add the essential club information
Open Club settings from the Admin section of the sidebar. Add or review the club name, logo, sport, country, and other available identity information.
Use a recognizable club name and logo. They help members confirm that invitations, questionnaires, PDFs, and shared content come from the correct organization.
)
3. Confirm the active season
Use the season selector at the top of the app. Select the current season or create the required season through the available season-management workflow.
Teams, rosters, training sessions, gamedays, and many statistics are shown in the context of the selected season. If expected data appears to be missing later, the season selector is one of the first places to check.
)
4. Review your personal settings
Open your account menu to review your name, profile image, language, and other available profile preferences. These settings belong to your user account rather than the club.
How this connects
The selected club determines which members, teams, templates, and content you can manage. The selected season determines which seasonal teams, rosters, sessions, gamedays, and statistics you see.
You are finished when:
The correct club appears in the sidebar.
The current season appears in the season selector.
The club name and identity information are recognizable.
