Set up coaching course

To get your coaching course members ready to create and share their drills there are a few steps that need to be taken. Here's a quick overview of how they work.

Step #1
Add members
To get started, you have to invite your coaching course participants to the Swiss Hockey App. To do that, open the menu item "Club House" and click on "Club Members". In the member list you can now click on "New member" to add all coaching course participants that you want to join your Swiss Hockey course.

Step #2
Assign user permissions
To allow coaching course members to create and share their work you can assign View, Edit and Create permissions to each feature. Simply click on the "Set user permissions" button and select the respective features and permissions.
Tip #1: You can also select multiple users via the check box and then assign the same permissions to all of them!
Tip #2: If you want participants to create & share drills give them "View, Edit and Create" permissions for the exercise feature.
Tip #3: If you want participants to create & share training sessions give them "View, Edit and Create" permissions for the training sessions feature and select the "team/course" for which they should be able to create session plans.
Step #3
Show participants the "extended visibility" feature
In order for participants to share their drills to the "Club" filter in the exercise database, they have to select the respective space in the "extended visibility" setting.
Step #4
View the participants' drills
With only a few clicks you can see all drills that have been made visible for your coaching course space. All you need to do is, go to the exercise database and select the "Club" filter. The video tutorial shows you how it's done.

Bonus step
Add participants as players to course
Participants can also be added to the course as players so that training sessions can be created with all coaches, for example, or so that the cohort can be easily managed in one space.
To do this, go to "Club house" -> "Club members" and select the "Team membership as player" button for the relevant participants and then select the relevant team/course.
