Perfectly prepared for Indoor hockey & Hockey 5s
Inside the planet.training you can now also create exercises and tactics for indoor hockey and hockey 5s. Additionally you can also categorize those drills, so that you can perfectly filter the exercise database between field hockey, indoor hockey and hockey 5s. On this page you will find all tips on how to deal with both types of exercises.
Tip 1: How to create drills for indoor hockey
All drills can now be created for field hockey as well as for indoor hockey and hockey 5s. This will allow you to be perfectly prepared for each season. To create a drill for indoor hockey or hockey 5s you have to only follow a few steps - See the slideshow to find out which.

Step 1
Go to the menu item "Create" and click on "New Exercise" - As an alternative select "Training Ground" -> "Exercises" -> "+New Exercise"

Step 2
Now select between drawing or animating an exercise. In both options you will be able to select between indoor and field hockey, or hockey 5s.

Use the tabs to switch between all three options. Then click on the field you want to use. Tip: If you are creating an animation you have to open the field menu via the 3-dot menu on the top right.

Create your drill and click on "Save" when you are done

As a last step you have to categorize the drill correctly, so you can later find it easier inside your database.

Under "More categories" scroll to the bottom and select "Indoor Hockey". You can also use the search bar and type "indoor" to find the tag faster.

Tip 2: Find drills in the database
Once drills are categorized the right way, you can find them through the database. For example, when indoor hockey drills are created you can use the tag "Indoor Hockey" under the tab "More categories" inside the exercise creator. This tag can also be used to search for in the database. To do that, go to "Training Ground" --> "Database". Then click on the search button and select the tag "Indoor Hockey" under the "More categories" filter. For a quicker selection you can use the search bar.
