Organize everything in the Calendar
The Calendar brings training sessions, individual training, gamedays, competitions, meetings, club events, birthdays, and other appointments into one shared view.
What you will achieve:
Choose a useful Calendar view
Filter events by team and type
Create and open a general event

1. Choose the right view
Open Calendar and select Month, Week, Day, List, or Year. Use Today to return to the current date and the arrow controls to move through time.
Month is useful for the overall schedule.
Week and Day help with detailed timing.
List provides a compact chronological view.
Year supports long-term planning.

2. Filter the Calendar
Use the team filter to show only the teams relevant to you. Use the event-type filter to include or hide training sessions, gamedays, birthdays, meetings, club events, scouting events, league events, and general appointments.

3. Create a general event
Click + Add Event or select an empty date.
Enter the required title.
Add description, location, resource, and event type where useful.
Configure full-day or multi-day behavior if needed.
Enter the date and time.
Click Save.
Use a general event for meetings, team-building activities, parent meetings, or other appointments that are not full training-session or gameday records.

4. Open connected events
Click a training session or gameday in the Calendar. The event preview shows the main details and provides a route to the full feature page, where attendance, planning, lineup, statistics, or other information can be managed.

5. Explore advanced scheduling when needed
The additional event menu also supports team and individual sessions, training phases, camps, gamedays, competitions, background events, and Calendar PDF export.
Use phases for a related series of sessions. Use a training camp for a multi-day schedule containing several kinds of activity.
How this connects
Sessions and gamedays created in their dedicated features appear automatically. Changes to connected event information are reflected across the feature and Calendar views.
You are finished when:
Your preferred view is selected.
The correct team and event types are visible.
You can create a general event and open a connected session or gameday.
