1Go to the menu item "Training Ground" and click on "Database".)
2Select the “Community” button to see public exercises from all planet.training users.)
3If you want to follow a coach’s profile, because of his good drills, open one of his/her exercises by clicking on it.)
4Below the exercise you can now click on the button “127 Users follow”, to also follow this coach. From now on you’ll get notifications, as soon as this coach adds a new public exercise.
