EXERCISES)
1Go to the menu item "Training Ground" and click on "Database".)
2Select the respective exercise and open the detailed view by clicking on name or drawing.)
3Click on the Download button below the animation video, it will open the mp4 file in a new tab)
4In the video tab, click on the 3-dot menu on the bottom of the video.)
5Now select "Download" and your mp4 file should start to download to your device.
