What is a Training Period?
A training period is a time-limited series of training sessions that always take place at the same time on one or more specific days at the same time.
Thanks to training periods you can create every single session of a certain period of your season: For example Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30pm to 6.00 PM on field 1 of your local sports ground. This will save you from having to create each session individually.
