Add Training Period
Open the calendar by clicking on the menu item.
Now click on the start time (day / time) of the training phase.
From the menu, choose "New Training Period".
Now enter the name of the period and select the respective teams.
Choose the start and end of the training period.
Add the weekly training days of this phase, including start and end times, and the venue.
Click “Save”, if all training days and times are entered correctly.
The training days will now be added to the calendar for the selected period. The individual sessions can now be filled with exercises.
Click on the menu item "Training Ground" and select "Session Manager" to find all your training sessions neatly arranged
