- 1Open the calendar by clicking on the menu item.
- 2Now click on the start time (day / time) of your training.
- 3Select "New Session" in the drop-down menu.
- 4Using the quick entry form, the most important information of the training can now be entered and added to the calendar.
- 5To add more detailed information, exercises, as well as further preparation and follow-up, open the training session again.
- 6Click on "Show Training Session".
- 7You can now add more details after clicking on "Edit".
Click on the menu item "Training Ground" and select "Session Manager" to find all your training sessions neatly arranged
